I am based in Germany but frequently travel. My work covers different regions and countries. If you have an interesting project, feel free to reach out, and we will discuss the details.

1. If your property is in another city or country, I am available to travel for the shoot. In this case, additional conditions apply, including covering travel and accommodation expenses, as well as a minimum volume of work. Contact me to discuss the details and receive a personalized offer.

4. You receive the final edited photos within the agreed timeframe.

The turnaround time depends on the scope of the shoot, but usually, photos are ready within 2–5 business days. Expedited processing is available upon request.

Photos are delivered in high resolution (JPG, RAW, or another format upon request). Videos are usually in MP4 format, and design materials are typically in PNG. Optimized versions for websites and social media can also be provided.

Pricing depends on the type of property, number of photos, complexity of the shoot, and additional services. Submit a request, and I will prepare a personalized offer.

To achieve the best results, please:

• Remove unnecessary items and tidy up the interior.
• Check the lighting and replace any burned-out bulbs.
• Add cozy details such as flowers, candles, or decorative pillows.
• If it’s an Airbnb or hotel, prepare the space as if you were welcoming guests.

Yes, I offer drone photography upon prior arrangement, provided it is permitted in the respective area.

Yes, I provide real estate and interior video services. This is a great tool for property presentations. It is included in selected service packages or can be booked separately.

Yes, shoots are available at any convenient time upon prior agreement.

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or PayPal. Details will be discussed individually.

If you like more photos than your package allows, you can purchase additional images at the listed price.

Yes, long-term cooperation is available for agencies, developers, and business owners on individual terms. This is also beneficial for those who frequently need high-quality presentation materials.

All captured photos and materials are guaranteed to be stored for 6 months. During this period, you can request a resend of your files at any time. After this period, the archive may be deleted, so we recommend saving a backup copy of your photos in advance.
